Start Package for SME
This service package helps small-to-medium (SME) companies to quickly establish sales and service process, workflow, and reporting.
The service package includes:
o Project kick-off meeting with the customer*.
o Analyze requirements and setup the systems**.
o Consult for users to prepare master customer data and product data.
o Provide 1 user training class.***
o Provide 2 systems: Staging System (for testing and user training) and Production System****
* The project kickoff date is scheduled accordingly with Signify service team’s availability but shall not exceed 30 days after the customer payment.
**The services are provided by Software Analysts, limited to 5 working days (man days). The services do not cover Software Customization.
***Number of training in this package is 1. If customer finds that more training class is needed, customer can also purchase extra Training Days from Signify Sales Team.
****Software subscription (for Production Systems) is subject to start within 90 days after project kick-off meeting.
